Will I receive an order confirmation?

After you have successfully completed your order in our online shop, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. If you haven't received an order confirmation, please check your inbox or spam folder thoroughly.
If you discover that you have entered an incorrect email address in the excitement of placing your order, please contact the BEARPAW team for assistance: info@bearpaw-products.com.

What can I do if I received the wrong items?

If you have received something wrong, too much or too little within your order, please contact the BEARPAW team and fill out the following form: Return Form.

What can I do if the items I ordered are damaged or defective?

If you have received a defective or damaged product from us, please contact the BEARPAW team. We will review the circumstances of your order within 24 hours (business days). Please note that some products have special warranty conditions. Please also note that we only process items ordered directly from us. All products purchased through a retailer must be resolved with that retailer. In all cases, you must first complete the return form: Return Form.

Can I ask questions about an order or make a complaint if I ordered from a retailer?

No. All orders placed in-store or through a retailer's online store remain with that retailer. Please contact your retailer directly in such cases.

I received an order confirmation, but I've been waiting for a shipping notification for a while. Why is that?

Many of our products are in extremely high demand (especially Bodnik Bows). Accordingly, delivery times for these products are longer. If you have ordered one of these products, please be prepared for the corresponding wait time.

How quickly will my order be packed and shipped?

We try our best to process all orders as quickly as possible. Provided your ordered items are available, all orders will be packaged within 1-3 business days at the most.

What happens to my order if only some of the items are available?

We usually ship all orders in one go. If you have a special request, please contact the BEARPAW team and be sure to include your order number: info@bearpaw-products.com

Shipment

How much shipping do I have to pay?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and delivery address. For orders above a certain value, we offer our customers free shipping. You can find all the information on this page: Open Payment & Shipping.

Do I have to pay any customs and tax costs that may arise?

These potential additional charges will not be covered or refunded by BEARPAW PRODUCTS. Since import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before ordering.

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation or PO box?

Unfortunately, shipping to a packing station is currently not possible.

I made a mistake with my order. Can I change it later?

Unfortunately, an order that has already been placed cannot be changed. If you have forgotten an item or ordered too little, you are welcome to place a new order. If you have ordered too many items, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

What payment methods does BEARPAW accept?

We accept PayPal, various credit cards, Sofortüberweisung, and Klarna. Please note that most payment methods are processed via Klarna.

When will I receive my invoice?

As soon as your delivery has been sent, you will automatically receive your invoice by email.

Why can't I complete an order via invoice?

The "Invoice" payment method is verified by Klarna. Klarna may not approve every purchase. If you have any questions, please contact Klarna directly. You can always select a different payment method in our online shop and still complete your order without any problems.

Returns

How do I return items? Where can I find the return label?

If you would like to return an item, even if it is not a faulty delivery or a complaint on our part, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs for you. You can notify and submit your return using the following form: Return Form. Once your return has been inspected, we will send you a parcel label.

How long can I return my order?

You can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

How can I complain about an item?

If an item you ordered from us is defective, you can use our return form. Since some of our products have specific warranty conditions, your case will be reviewed after you submit the form. If your complaint is deemed "justified," you will be provided with appropriate remedies. A justified complaint is defined as one in which the fault lies with BEARPAW. You can find the form to fill out here: Return Form.

What refund will I receive in case of a justified complaint?

In the event of a justified complaint, an item exchange will be carried out. This means that we will send you a new (and identical) item free of charge. At Bodnik Bows, your replacement bow will, of course, be processed with priority.

What refund will I receive if I return an item at my own expense?

We usually offer you a voucher which you can easily redeem on your next order.

What do I do with the defective item if it has already been replaced?

Whether you can return the defective product free of charge or whether other measures will be taken is always decided by the BEARPAW team after reviewing your case. You will be informed accordingly.

Vouchers

How do I redeem a voucher?

If your voucher was issued before June 2020, you will need to manually deduct the voucher by sending an email to info@bearpaw-products.com . If you would like to redeem such a voucher, please submit your order through our online shop shortly beforehand or contact us directly so we can enter it together. All vouchers issued after June 2020 can be entered and redeemed in the lower field on the payment page. The amount will be deducted automatically.

I forgot to redeem my voucher. Can I have it credited later?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to redeem a voucher retroactively for an order that's already been placed. You can redeem your voucher on your next order.

Can I redeem multiple vouchers in one order?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to redeem multiple vouchers in one order. This does not apply to special promotions. If they can be combined with other promotions, this will be explicitly stated.

Can I redeem my voucher on all products?

In principle, you can redeem your voucher on any product, but Bodnik Bows and the BEARPAW LIMB SYSTEM are excluded.

How long is a voucher valid?

All our vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Products

I can no longer find my Bodnik Bow in the online shop. Is it no longer available?

Bodnik Bows has made some changes to its product range. In 2023, the following models were removed from the range:

  • Slick Stick Recurve Charcoal (30330)
  • Longbow Slick Stick Charcoal (30310)
  • Wacin (30349)

I received a replacement bow, but the model is no longer available. What happens?

If you receive a replacement bow through a warranty claim and your previous bow is no longer available, we still have a solution for you. In this case, you can choose a similar model from our current range.
